Following a twenty year career in hospitality management, Eric expanded his talents to recruiting. During his tenure in hospitality, he honed his skills in service and training. He learned how to recognize talent, potential and the subtleties of outstanding service.

In 2003, Eric focused his recruiting business on private estates. His strengths lie in his ability to qualify prospects and pair them with the correct position and family.  Confidentiality and discretion are his credo.

Skills and Qualifications are only one part of a match for any job. Personality and compatibility are equally important. This is especially true for private estates as our placements work with families in the confines of their homes.

Cathy has spent her entire career getting things done for other people-specifically, finding precisely the right employees to fill positions in private estates and households in New York, Connecticut and Florida. 

In her capacity as a recruiter, she researches and networks to find candidates who are appropriate for positions where skills, reliability and confidentiality are of paramount importance.

Clients often comment on Cathy's discerning eye for detail, and her outstanding ability to judge character quickly and accurately.

Cathy has held corporate administrative positions working with executive leaders at Calvin Klein, Estée Lauder, Elie Tahari and Christian Dior, where she learned how the country’s leading tastemakers think and act. This is where she developed her attention to detail, manners and appearance.
